As a senior sports instructor in another sport, I felt your teaching techniques where unsurpassed, with clear definite objectives that were well thought out to match the conditions.

Thank you for what you managed to do for me, and know you put yourself out more in terms of time than you had to.

Although some other instructors where also present on the hill, it was quite evident to me that you were in a league above.

I will be definitely recommending Flybubble to EVERYONE interested in the sport.

The course and trip were even better than I expected! Not just good but excellent!

My thermalling technique improved, good to fly in gaggles and I've hopefully removed my blinkers!

I did 22 flights and logged 20 hours. My longest flight was 4 hours 39mn!

Distances were: 68km, 59km, 39km, 24km (and many more)... My longest XC before was 25 km.

I totally recommend an instructional tandem flight.

I learned how to

... look at everything that can help identify thermals

... keep pushing out looking for the lift away from the hill.

... get into the thermal that will get you up

... keep working the small lift until you get there.

I would've missed out on the best lift I got all day if I had just turned... as I might've done before.

I also found that sheer joy of being free from the hill and going on an XC.

Now for the next time I can get out there and go for this myself.

Thanks for the DLA flight, I certainly learnt a lot... and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Thermalling techniques aside, it was great to see how you simply navigated the busy traffic and still managed to find space.

With your guidance it was great to gain the height we did and push out from the hill.

I enjoyed doing the figure of eights near the hill and feel much happier to now try these without assistance.

I am looking forward to getting the hours in and gaining the confidence to go cross country.

I am so impressed with the Flybubble team. They are always very encouraging and their passion for this sport is infectious. And at the same time I was even more impressed with their professionalism. They were always fun to be around and made learning seem so effortless, were always keenly aware of my abilities while learning (or maybe lack thereof) but SAFETY was always of the highest and most serious concern while training. Thanks to Flybubble the transition from training to flying without supervision was easy and comfortable.

Everyone should give this sport a go, and they should all learn from the best.

I'm still on a high after the day's lesson. I can't thank you enough. A whole day of tuition with you in the air beside me was exactly what I needed.

You tailored everything perfectly to the areas I felt I needed help with and now I'm much more confident about my ability to get away from the hill.

During the day I expanded my flying knowledge and improved essential skills and techniques like observation, meteorology, ground handling and getting in the air.

I learnt how to s-turn in ridge lift to get height before pushing forward to get out front of the hill and bag the thermals, so I've gone before the masses get to me!

I was thermaling up and pushing out front, even leading the pack at some points!

I feel I've moved up a level, at least psychologically.

The lesson was fantastic value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flybubble to anyone looking to get more out of their flying.
